Legislator Communications Group

The Cook County Farm Bureau has created this group to communicate the policies and views of the organization to our elected leaders and bureaucrats on a local and state and national level. The group works with the Illinois Farm Bureau to communicate on key legislative issues as votes approach and public policy can make a difference in the result.

Communications can be made through letters of correspondence, fax, e-mail, telephone or in person. The Cook County Farm Bureau will assist in providing the communication resources for this group. Contact the office at 708-354-3276 or e-mail us at ccfb@cookcfb.com if you are interested in supporting the efforts of the organization in this important policy development area of the Farm Bureau.

 Legislative Action Center

An essential aspect of the success of our Cook County Farm Bureau organization has always been the grassroots involvement in the public policy arena. This is especially true in the communication with our state and national leaders and elected officials. We have improved our ability to communicate with these policy makers through a new service using the Illinois Farm Bureau's website. The Legislative Action Center provides information to keep our members informed and enable them to take action. This service locates your elected officials and helps you correspond with those individuals. Click here to find your elected officials in Illinois.
